As a farmer-herbalist, I sow, grow and harvest aromatic and medicinal plants in a sustainable way. Through my practices, I try to respect the natural world around me as much as possible.
I work by hand, from seed to finished product, taking great care to ensure the quality of the plants. Harvests are adapted to what the earth can offer.
I take pleasure in transforming these plants into infusions, syrups and jellies to delight your taste buds and enhance your dishes. Visits to the garden in July and August on Saturday mornings at 10 a.m. by prior arrangement.
The range will soon be extended to include alcoholic spirits and gemmotherapy.
And because we can't do this alone, my husband also produces honey.
