Accompanying the professionalization and promotion
The tourism department of the Community of municipalities of the Pays d'Orthe and Arrigans is your partner to support you in your ideas, your ambitions, your projects of activities related to the tourism sector: creation or development of tourist activities (catering, leisure, accommodation...)
The service supports you in the assembly of your files, offers the link to departmental, regional and European interlocutors, while providing you with knowledge, data and indicators of the tourist economic activity of the territory (and on a larger scale) to support you in the creation or development of your business.
Support for qualification
A dedicated space for tourism professionals (Partners Pole) is available for individualized support according to your needs: management of digital tools, quality approaches and business strategy.
The stay counsellors of the Tourist Office of the Vallée du Kiwi inform you and guide you in all the steps of qualification of your offer. Brands and quality labels will be offered according to the different criteria and references, in line with the content of your offer. At the key: a recognition of your skills and knowledge!

- Reception and tourist information
- The promotion of tourism in the territory of the Community of municipalities of the Pays d'Orthe and Arrigans in coordination with Landes Attractivité and the Regional Committee for Tourism of Nouvelle-Aquitaine (publishing, web, marketing of tourist services*)
- Coordination of local tourism development partners
- The design of local tourism products
- Participation in the implementation of cultural programming, entertainment and cultural events consistent with local tourism development policy
- Qualitative and quantitative tourism observation
*the marketing activity being an ancillary activity to its public service mission carried out according to the regulations of the tourism code (respect for the principles of non-competition and free competition in its geographical area)
